Performance Marketing
In collaboration with the incredible Op’s team we completely revamped operational processes and built the foundations for a performance media creative playbook from scratch. Entrusted by the VP of Creative and EVP of Brand Creative & Marketing to completely overhaul the status quo, we successfully tackled main issues at hand based on company/brand priorities, what was critically affecting performance/KPI’s, as well streamlining processes to remove bottlenecks.
As creative lead, I worked to quickly refresh all static templates to accomodate the company’s massive monthly media buy, restructured templates and strategy for AV, updated all style guides to align with social best practices, created process docs for both internal & external teams, began to implement a more rigorous testing structure so that iterations are based on accurate data, successfully pitched custom paid social assets for key business opportunities (ie, 2024 Paris Olympics), and continually educated the team and partners on performance media strategy and best practices.
